Make-Up Session

Make Up Sessions are only available for booking if you've notified us that you're missing a session. Please do not book a session until after you have emailed and cancelled the lesson you'll miss to hello@honuhoni.com so that your space becomes available to anyone else who may want to jump into that lesson. You can book a session if your instructor has cancelled your lesson without notifying us via email first.  

Make Up Session levels are below:

Mondays at 10am - Level 1A (Complete Beginners) 

Saturdays at 9am - Level 1B (Paddling Out) 

Saturdays at 11:30am - Level 1A (Complete Beginners) 

Saturdays at 2pm - Level 2A (Nurture - 1-2ft unbroken waves)

Sundays at 9am - Level 2B (Push - 2-3ft unbroken waves) 

Sundays at 11:30am - Level 2A (Nurture - 1-2ft unbroken waves) 

Sundays at 2pm - Level 1B (Paddling Out)

You can add yourself to a waitlist for a fully booked session, and if we get a last-minute cancellation, we can send you a text and let you know. We highly recommend adding yourself into as many waiting list spots as possible.

You may feel comfortable doing classes at a different level. If you're considering this, please speak to your instructor first to check that your current ability matches with the group you wish to join in with.

We highly recommend that you try to get in your make-up sessions as early as possible, just in case you get sick or the weather means we need to cancel a class later on in the program.

Please note, Week 6 lessons for Winter Waves conclude on Sun 2nd Aug 2026. You'll already be booked into any classes at your designated lesson time up until that date. If you're at all unsure about when your lessons are booked for please let us know.
